Neodialogs provides communication services including, but not limited to, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and calls, integrated with AI-powered virtual agents. The specific features and functionalities of these services are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Account Creation and Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Unauthorized access or use of the services is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon invoicing. Neodialogs accepts payment via PayPal or Mercury Bank. Late payment may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to Neodialogs’ services and materials remain the exclusive property of Neodialogs or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neodialogs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the services. Neodialogs’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia.
